I was V E R Y impressed with their selection of everything, their prices, no plastic and their courteous, kind and helpful staff! The customers seemed relaxed and happy! For the life of me, I don't know why I hadn't been there sooner?? I have been on the Walmart + Wegmans roller-coaster for soooo long! I L O V E D that not one staff member was on their cell phone! The staff is great. They go above and beyond like no other store. The store it self has goods that we can't get anywhere else. Love the tomato soup! I buy 4 or 5 boxes to stock up. They always have samples to try.
In general we love Trader Joe's however this location specifically has amazing staff!! Thank you for provided superior customer service.
Great store that has stuff you can’t find in other store’s
Trader Joe's might stand as the pinnacle of grocery shopping in Syracuse. Tops handles all the basics. Wegman's adds frills. Trader Joe's gives the gourmet his furnishings. I can't think of a better store, such as a Marciano's or a Whole Foods Market. Aldi helps, but Joe's gives my taste buds a reason to live.
