I was at the Pittsford Plaza Trader Joe's on November 8. I was visiting from Ontario and was buying a great selection of craft beers from the shop. On check out, one of the bottles broke against another while I was packing them into my bag. There was broken glass and beer everywhere and I felt terrible. Staff at the store (Charmagne on cash and the manager whose name I sadly forget) were so amazing and helpful. Love Trader Joe's! Please, please build one in Daytona Beach area! I was there several times, can't beat cheese selection and do many other goodies not found in regular grocery stores.
Live my trader joes. Pleasant staff,great food buys,decent prices.
First learned about Trader Joe's several years ago in California when we went to visit family. Love this store, so glad they are now in New York in 2 locations. Have family in Rochester and also Syracuse so whenever I go to either location I have to stop in for the essential pantry items.
