I stopped at Trader Joe’s on Thursday afternoon to picked up a few items. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they are handling our new normal in society. Three staff outside, greeting customers, one with hand sanitizer and one cleaning carts. Well done TJs!! So appreciate the extra efforts to make us feel safe!!
Visited Trader Joe’s in Colonie after work today. There was a line of approx 20 people outside of the store. As each shopper left the store the next in line was greeted by an employee and offered the choice of a freshly sanitized basket or cart, and a squirt of hand sanitizer, all with a smile 😊. The people in line were all courteous and considerate of personal space. The store was well-stocked, although some items were sold out. The staff was friendly as usual. Extremely packed with customers but all of employees are so helpful and speedy.
I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff are there. Dropped what they were doing to help me find items and the women at checkout were amazing and showed me kindness that went above and beyond. Definitely stopping back next time we are in the area!! ❤️❤️
very busy lots of hard to find items. friendly staff very well stocked shelves a nice selection of fresh meats and vegetables great prices very affordable the parking the location on Wolf Road is very busy and the parking is very congested so that's the only problem I had with it
Crazy busy but check out was fast and painless.
