RecommendedI love shopping at Trader Joe’s! The employees are always super helpful and there are tons of fabulous products. Went in today with my husband and while checking out mentioned it was our 15th wedding anniversary. That during COVID there wasn’t a lot we could do. Our cashier, Julian presented us with a bouquet of flowers and wished us Happy Anniversary! What a wonderful surprise that made our day! Just one more reason I LOVE Trader Joe’s. Thank you Julian for making our day extra special!
They don’t enforce the mask rule. We decided to go here and waiting in a LONG line and there was 3 sets of people in front of us not wearing a mask. The gal right in front of us told me I was ridiculous to wearing one and she will never wear one. I said why? She said she doesn’t have a reason not to other then it’s all BS. Wow They just let them walk on by. We won’t be back. A ton of product was picked over. Out of a lot of items. I assume it’s hard to keep up with items but very disappointed with our trip.

I WAS PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM THIS STORE BECAUSE I AM DISABLED AND IN CONSTANT PAIN. I refused to wait in the customer line. I showed the half,-wit at the door my truck with its permanent disabled plate and the "Disabled American Veteran" plaque. I showed him my Service Dog authorization. He said he didn't care that I was a disabled veteran. When I went tbrough the door regardless, the Claremont Police were called who told me I must lesve or be arrested for trespassing. They're totally doing it right during covid, and every team member is upbeat and friendly. Not to mention the unique grocery items at great prices!

absolutely horrible employees. They expected my 3 year old with an airway disease to wait in a line in the cold which would trigger into needing a breathing treatment because it "wouldn't be fair" for the rest of the line I WAITED in. I have always been a huge trader joes fan but wouldn't recommend them after this experience and they have lost a loyal customer after treating our family so horribly over our special needs kiddo.
Unique foods, friendly staff, fun to shop :)
This used to be one of my favorite stores until this year. Trader Joe’s is the only store where you have to wait in a long line outside just to be allowed to enter the door. There are plenty of other stores I will now shop at.
