So, Trader Joe’s has been my favorite place to shop not only because their products are amazing, but their customer service is unparalleled. Today was a difficult day for me, my Aunt Lillian is likely in her last days and I was trying to wrap my mind around interrupting my 3 young children’s naps and taking them all into the store to pick up some flowers for her on our way to visit her for one of the last times. Love going to Ann Arbor’s Trader Joe’s I was there last evening (Friday) and met a cery helpful employee, Pat. She helped me several times during my visit there. In talking with Pat, she shared that she is from Ottawa, Ohio....which is very close to my home in Defiance, in fact, my family st one time lived there as well. Pat went out of her way to help me. I love this store and i don’t get to shop here very often because I live downriver. My hope is one day TJ’s will bring a store to our area, because I know it will be a huge success!
I purchased flowers there (a referral from a close friend) for 16 arrangements, on a tight budget. The staff member working in the flower section was beyond helpful. She offered suggestions, she showed me flowers in my price range, even counting the stems to be sure I would get the quantity I needed. I went last Thursday evening about 5:30. I will forever buy my flowers there. Thank you Trader Joe's. That staff member gets kudos from me.
