Dave was the biggest help ever! We went in looking for a bottle opener and they didn’t have any so he gave us his personal bottle opener for the weekend hoping we would bring it back(definitely brought it back) we’re from out of the country and he was definitely the best person we met on our trip. 10/10 customer service from him. Great job Dave from Boston! You saved our butts! Also trader joes is pretty cool, you should bring it to Canada �
The Alewife Trader Joe's location apparently is under new management at the Alewife location. I would imagine this is true for other ones as well. They are off to a really poor start, when last week they moved so many store items from one part of the store to the other at the Alewife Fresh Pond store, that it was an incredibly frustrating, aggravating and unpleasant shop. Thank you to the cashiers today who patiently waited for me to call my credit card company and activate my Apple Pay, so I could pay for my huge amount of groceries (since I forgot my wallet at home!) AND kept my very tired child entertained and happy while I was on the phone. You've always been my favorite grocery store and thank you for turning my chaotic Friday into a happy one!
