Always enjoy my trips to Trader Joes...staff and shoppers are always so pleasant and helpful...Love this store!!
I had a minor verbal confrontation with another customer today which ended with me just walking away shaking my head. While paying for my groceries, an employee brought me a bouquet of flowers and apologized for my experience, which he had overheard. Above and beyond! Thank you.
Trader Joes has organic products at a fair price!!!
I'm a frequent shopper of this Trader Joe's and tonight reconfirmed why. My car wouldn't start when I left the store around 4pm and store employee, Robert Tegland, went out of his way to make my 3.5 hour wait for AAA a pleasurable one. He stored my groceries in the cooler, tried jumping my car, let me use his truck to charge my phone, gave me water, and waited when he got off work. Robert's kindness was over and above good service!
