Recommendedi’ve always enjoyed going to this store except today coz when i asked the cashier L, Maria if they have apple pay she came back at me with,”You’ve never shopped here before?!” in a condescending tone. and she was very dismissive from the beginning when she told me to stay back from the cashier despite of me wearing a mask plus the glass partition between us. wow, a simple yes would’ve sufficed. i haven’t been using my apple pay until lately and it’s different per store so asking sounded reasonable. hopefully her rude respons... read more

I just want to say how disappointed I am with this store today. My husband and I go here because you guys have great food and during these crazy times I feel safe going into this store knowing your crew is doing all you can do help reduce the spread the germs. Especially since I have lung cancer I am extremely grateful to the crew and am willing to pay a bit more of some items because of how safe I feel there. Today my views have changed. Enforce wearing masks during the pandemic which they are not doing this at the Alabama store. They also had elderly people waiting outside in 100+ degree heat when the store was barely half full.
RecommendedI would like to recognize Enrique for his great customer service skills. I was frantically looking for a product that only they carry. I called that morning and was told it was stocked. When I got there around 1 pm, there were none in the freezer. He dropped what he was doing, and took the time to check the back for me. He was SUPER nice and a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Enrique for being so amazing. We need more people like you in this world. 😀
