Normally, I hate grocery shopping but Trader Joe’s makes me smile! Great, upbeat staff. Very positive, fun store. I am always excited to try their new products and am never let down. The quality is high and you can’t beat their prices! I will always and forever be a Trader Joe’s fan.
Love TJs! Being from California and now living in KS, it's nice to have some familiarity...please open one in Olathe!!! The selection, prices and staff are great! I'd frequent the store more often if it wasn't such a drive.
We had great service from Molly! She is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store! She helped us with wine and then she showed us several of her favorite things throughout the store. We ended up buying lots more than we planned on, but it was all really tasty stuff!! Thank you Molly for being so friendly and upbeat! You made our trip to Trader Joe’s so fun!
I had the most outstanding customer service this week from Becky!!! KUDOS to her for making my Trader Joe's experience so wonderful and memorable. She absolutely went above and beyond my expectations! She was more than knowledgeable about the wine I ordered for my daughter's special birthday. I certainly appreciate the curbside service. Such a pleasure to meet Becky. Trader Joe's is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!
We are happy to recommend Trader Joe’s! We have found a great variety of quality items and the store is very clean. I really love their inexpensive fresh flowers. The staff is super helpful too! On a recent visit we got a couple of items that were not up to their usual high standards- when I brought it to their attention Manager Pablo went above and beyond to make things right. A real test of a business is how they handle situations like that, and they certainly made us very happy. Highly recommend.
