Very good experience at this location . Help finding items was offered by a staff member but wasn't needed.
I loved my experience at Trader Joe's in Leawood, KS. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. One worker, (maybe a manager?!!), stayed with me taking me around the store showing me kosher items they had that I could use in my Sunday School class. I REALLY appreciated her. She even told me where I could go to find items that "her store" didn't carry. If you're interested in organic and "healthy alternatives " you should DEFINITELY check out this store!!!!
A visit to Trader Joe's is never a disappointment, and this store is definitely well managed, super clean, and organized! Love the organic goods and the friendly, cool staff that I see in every store. Only wish there was one near NW Alabama.
While checking out the cashier asked how my day was. I told him my morning wasn't that good. He asked why and I told him why. While putting my stuff in the car a lady that worked there was walking up to me with flowers. It is really nice that the employees did that.
