I am experiencing a very dissatisfactory claim situation with TRADEPRO and specifically Daniel Montgomery. He is to be handling the replacement of my flooring but he never answers his phone nor returns calls. My claim is 2 1/2 months into it and DANIEL MONTGOMERY IS THE HOLDUP FOR NOT DOING HIS JOB. TradePro submitted a wrong quote for the replacement of my flooring to Hartford and I had given them exactly what my flooring is.. They in turn have not supplied the subcontractor with sufficient money to replace my floor.... read more
