Was told needed a new roof to fix leak. Leak not fixed after at least 3 followup visits. Cost me nearly 5 thousand to fix leak from another business and interior repairs. Do not use Trademark! Smoke and mirrors. See you in court.....
Lacking communication led to frustration, misunderstandings, avoidable mistakes, and additional charges. As far as the roof is concerned, we are satisfied with the final outcome, so we could see hiring TR again if we knew that we had the time to supervise the project. These are the problems we encountered: - We were not informed during the project that dry-rot repairs exceeded the amount in the contract. TLDR: honest dealing and they stand by their work. Highly recommend. Trademark Roofing did a great job for us. We had some issues with drainage on a flat-top in-law unit, and they came out and did the work promptly, despite the fact that we're pretty far out on the coast. Drainage was improved after the initial work, but there were still a couple of issues, so they came back out to see what was up, and buttoned everything up for no additional cost.
