Brad the owner took my $10,000 down payment and never completed the job. I sued and received a judgment for my deposit and attorney’s fees. He made one or two payments then quit. He’s not trustworthy.
The worst communication and doesn't show up. He sounds professional on the phone, but not trustworthy. If you have a roof installed, don't count on the warranty. He won't come out to look at the problem, and if he does he'll show up without a ladder so he can't actually look at the problem.
Brad was great to work with! We had some hail damage and the result was that it was raining inside the church! He fit us in his busy schedule and made sure it was fixed in time for the next rain. Brad is a great communicator and showed pictures of not only the work, but potential problems spots that they found. Trademark Roofing is now on Our Lady's speed dial for future work!
