By far the worst closing I have ever had with a realtor. She didn’t show up for closing. I had to do most of the work for the closing as well as the mortgage broker. Get everything done in writing if you work with Melinda Morias. We agreed to do a referral fee for a realtor referring me to work with her, forgot to get Melinda to sign it and when it came to closing she didn’t honor the referral fee and instead gave me a “gift” $900 less than what was agreed upon.
