By far the worst closing I have ever had with a realtor. She didn’t show up for closing. I had to do most of the work for the closing as well as the mortgage broker. Get everything done in writing if you work with Melinda Morias. We agreed to do a referral fee for a realtor referring me to work with her, forgot to get Melinda to sign it and when it came to closing she didn’t honor the referral fee and instead gave me a “gift” $900 less than what was agreed upon. What an excellent realtor, the entire staff and process was the easiest I’ve ever dealt with. Every question we had they had an answer for, while requesting items we wanted repaired prior to closing they worked hard to ensure everything got repaired. Sharon in the office was very friendly and helpful with what seemed like hundreds of calls to ask or bring up questions, she was always very cheerful and her knowledge shows.
