Joe was great to work with! Our house was in contract within a week of listing it. His communication with us was wonderful. He really helped us navigate the negotiation process. His advice to us was good and he helped to make the whole process as stress free as it can be. His fees are much lower than other realtors but the service that he provided was great. We will definitely use Joe again.

Joe is very responsive and knowledgeable. He'll meet you anywhere around Columbus on short notice. He also does his research on every property he shows and knows what to look for in a house, including possible issues. Not sure what the 1 star reviewer is talking about. Of course the "burden" is on you to make your house sale ready. Also, every house for the past few years has been overpriced. That's what comps and negotiations are for.

When we were thinking about selling our home, I had heard about brokers, but didn't really understand how it worked. I saw Joe Kreber's name on "Nextdoor", and called him to ask a few questions. After talking with him, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He was with us every step of the way and was beyond fantastic! These are the real estate agents that you hear about who are all about the money and low on customer service. Trademark is a husband and wife team, Krebers, that overpriced my home and placed the burden on me to make renovations in order to sell the home. When the home did not sell they tried to collect fees. My advice is to choose a larger brokerage because you have channels to file a complaint. It is difficult to remedy a situation when the spouse is the owner.
