I’ve contacted them multiple times about a maintenance request for a broken stove that was submitted a week ago and no one has responded. I emailed, added to the maintenance chat, and called. No help. I also do not have access to the lease to ensure I am responsible to replace the appliance to just fix the issue myself. Poor management and communication.
