It's been 2 weeks since we moved into our new, I call it a cottage. AND so far, so good with maintenance and Trademark. I have nothing negative to say. There were unforeseen items that have been resolved through their awesome maintenance people.
Wonderful service, staff are very helpful and professional. Trademark Property Management is one of the best Property management to work with, they take good care of their clients, they make sure they find the correct Property and the budget for each client.
This is a horrible management company there is absolutely no communication between management and tenants or communication with staff ask one person a question an they say one thing ask another person the same question an you will get a completely different response not to mention all the extra fees you have to pay that no other company charges
Trademark property management is a private personally own company owned by Cal Yoder. He manages the properties associated with “Courtyards of Carlisle”. We purchased a condominium in this development and haven’t felt welcome since arriving. The fact that my partner and I are an interracial same sex couple seems to matter.
