Writing this review in hopes it can be adjusted someday. Upon moving into the apartment (It was unoccupied for at least a month before we moved in) it was still dirty. The dishwasher, shower, fridge, freezer, kitchen trim and almost all windows need repairs. Extremely disappointing!! We want to open windows, but without screens (and pets) we can't do that. They seem like they really don't care about us. Maybe their workload is too much... Just not sure what was done in the AT LEAST month the house was unoccupied and ready to... read more
If i could give Zero Stars I would Me and my family drove an hour round trip for nothing We showed up at a condo Trade Mark Lancaster was renting out amd was meet with quite the surprise Not only was there someone already someone living there but they were just moving in as well The neighbors on both sides came out and told us that this company has been doing shady things They warned us that the place wasn't liveable for children and wasn't worth it They also informed us that the repairs and renovations were cheaply done as ... read more
I was supposed to move in my place the 25th of July and I arrived and the house wasn't ready and trash and spackled patches on the walls. I complained that I was paying rent and my house wasn't ready. I came back a couple days later and there was a new lock on my door and I never got directions or the code and the house still wasn't ready. I complained again and asked for the code to get in my home. Trademark took over this property and had my apartment inspection. Nancy was very respectful and caring for my needs. It was a great experience, and looking forward to continue to live here.
