I used to use Trademark for all of my business shirts. I'm not sure if the management has changed or what but the customer service is not good. I've called about 5 times asking for a price quote. The operator or receptionist was supposed to email me (she wouldn't give it to me over the phone -not sure why) and she never did. I called several times and no answer and when I did get her on the phone she repeatedly lied to me saying she was going to send the email. Trademark is the only company I use for my companies shirts. They have always produced a quality product in a timely manner. I highly recommend..
Placed in order in 2020 for masks and we've yet to receive them or a refund. Made mistake of placing another order in June of 2021 and we only received half of the order. Can't reach anyone via phone or get a response back by email therefore we have involved our attorney and the Better Business Bureau.
John and Beverly have always been extremely helpful with every project we send their way! Their products have always been high quality and last. I would highly recommend them.
