Sold us a lemon. Test drove beautifully! But started dying on the way home immediately after purchase. Spent the entire summer trying to be calm and patient with Brock & his mechanic (MIA apparently?!) while it was one excuse or no-show after another. Nice family dude, seems sincere, even went out of his way a couple times. I don’t understand why do that if you never planned to make this situation right in the first place? My daughter found a car that was posted and I went to look at it and had him drive it with me in it and turns out that it is a beautiful car that runs really well, so I bought it that day.. I have had no issues with it.. It was great doing business with trademark, thank you.

Horrible service, tried communicating with them about a car. Barely any communication. Ask several times to come see the car. Wouldn’t answer me. If they would answer it was one word answers. They have the car up on Facebook marketplace and it’s not even for sale or on the lot. The wife drives it around.
