I was referred to Mr. Brooks through my Realtor, he was very professional worked with my schedule so I could be present for the inspection. I followed the inspector throughout the process I was very impressed with the detail and time he took looking at everything and pointing out issues to me. The delivery method was professional and timely. The report was easy to understand and appropriate. I will certainly tell others and if needed use Trademark Inspections again.
