Nice building but they cut some corners finishing it. Walls very thin, you can hear your neighbor's every move. Teenage girls cackle and smoke cigarettes in the courtyard late at night and have witnessed full on fist fights between residents in hallways. Pool nice but scene turns a bit Vegas on weekends, tank tops, beer cans thrown on the grass. A few fights there as well, but only on the weekends. HVAC EXTREMELY LOUD, YOU HAVE TO GO TO HALLWAY TO TALK ON PHONE********
The building is not built well and is very loud. It's no longer convenient to train as the neighboring buildings have built a fence so that you have to walk all the way around to get to the train. The HVAC units are so loud you cannot use them and building owners have done nothing but ignore our requests to have them fixed.
I love living here! It’s close to everything in the area - the beach, the train station, food, shopping, all within walking distance. The apartments are gorgeous and you can’t beat the amenities. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and helpful!
Trademark is a beautiful apartment I feel lucky just to be here the staff is always friendly and willing to help you out in any way.
Swanky brand new apartment building right next to the new Fairfield Metro Station. Beautifully designed with all the bells and whistles. Lots of well thought out touches and amenities. Some super long views to the Sound. Exceptionally convenient location. Easy on, easy off the highway, close to loads of restaurants, entertainment and concert venues! A great addition to the area!
