I hosted my sons 21st Birthday Dinner at Trademark. Aster, was an amazing lead supervisor. Everything was beyond perfect, she was attentive, professional, personable, kind and very helpful. She and her team were nothing short of FABULOUS! I stopped in just for coffee, and it’s honestly top-notch. Smooth, well-balanced, and served at the right temperature—no burnt or watered-down taste like most hotel spots. We went to dinner at the restaurant inside of the Weston, Trademark.While the food was delicious despite a limited menu, the service was a total dealbreaker. Our party of 12 arrived with an OpenTable confirmation made two weeks in advance, only to be told our reservation didn't exist—even though the restaurant was completely empty.
