Tried to buy diverter cartridge for a Nero shower that tradelink they are the seller and are the distributor of Nero. After 3 trip there getting Nero shower part number and having diverter cartridge in my hand with the part number printed on it. They can't look the part number up because? All 3 or 4 staff did not know what its After explaining what it does. Then on the last visit the severe staff guy said we dont sell Nero parts. So not give up on the $1000 shower. After ringing Stramit for a quote, they pushed me onto Tradelink Port Adelaide. Tradelink Port Adelaide were sent a detailed material take off sheet. After numerous phone calls, I’m still waiting for the quote. I even phoned Stramit, who said they couldn’t find the quote in their records and I subsequently emailed the request for quote and have not heard a thing after several weeks. TERRIBLE SERVICE
