My husband and I ordered a bath cabinet and vanity from Trade Wind Imports. The ordering process was extremely easy and the staff was very helpful. When we received the bath cabinet we realized that the finish wasn't what we were looking for. I sent the cabinet back and was able to cancel the order for the vanity. I rec'd a full refund of all charges. The shipping company billed me close to $500 to ship the heavy (real wood) cabinet back. I ordered two vanities from Trade Winds Imports and they both came in time (quicker than other websites could get them to me) and they were as nice as I could have imagined! The one for my kids bathroom has the soft close feature which wasn't even included in the product description - an added bonus! My contractor was able to install both with minimal alterations and both look stunning! I spent $1,000.00 on a beautiful new vanity for our powder room (the 35.5 inch gemini vanity) from Tradewinds Imports via the LTDOnlineStores website. Upon receiving it, we quickly realized that there were no directions to accompany it. Seriously, nothing. We were able to guess our way through the installation until the very end, at which point we needed to call a plumber. I was very disappointed with the communication from trade winds Import. I ordered a vanity and sink on January 2, and i didn't receive a confirmation number so I called the company on the 9 after still not getting my sink and the gentleman on the phone could not give me an answer. He said that Zachary the gentleman that I placed the order with would get back with me personally. He sent and email. As of today January 10 th I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SINK OR KNOW WHERE IT IS IN TRANSIT.
We were very pleased with our bathroom vanity. It arrived on time and met all our expectations as to style and quality. We will definitely order from Trade Winds again.
