This being our first big remodel of our beloved home, we were anxious about well...everything. The staff at Tradewinds could not have been a better fit for us. Peter K patiently went through multiple revisions of the plans (since we're a little picky) before starting the project to make sure we got what we were after. Once the walls came down, the project went so smoothly we found ourselves asking if we should have done more. Over the last 40 years we have done many major remodels both in the US and Europe. Sometimes we have done it ourselves and at some occasions we have hired a construction company as project managers. When you work with a project manager you have to be very confident that they know what they are doing to the extent that you basically can go on vacation and when you get back home it's done the way it was supposed to be done.
