I visited this place yesterday to do my Eyebrows, Upper-lip & Chin ( had little bit hair) According to their website, eyebrows & upper lip are listed at $12.50 & the chin at $7, which would total around $23 with tax. However, I was charged $35 I paid cash for eyebrows, upper lip, and chin. Went to get my eyebrows done yesterday. Eyebrows were decent but the lady scratched up the side of my mouth when she threaded my upper lip. Don’t recommend.
I never leave reviews but I felt so uncomfortable. Today I went here because the person helping me at Sephora suggested Trade secrets to look for a round brush which Sephora didn't have a lot of options. I went in I was the only customer and thought to myself this place looks nice I'll look around after I pick up what I need. Asked the person working if they sell round brush and she pointed and said there over there. She offered no help and it felt like she was just watching me. I went to the store it was still about 20 minutes left in closing the mall and they shut the door saying they are closed and the person who was working there I tried telling them how it’s still 20 mins left and I am just here to buy the shampoo but she wasn’t even answering to me and pretending that she can’t hear me worst experience with them on this location
I've visited Trade Secret a few times now, and Asma always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. Her attention to detail and expertise really stand out. I'm thoroughly impressed with the results and would highly recommend her for any beauty and salon work.
