honestly, I’m really over this place upper Canada mall is my local mall and I always get my eyebrows done secrets however, the last lady is never in she always leaves early during the day which I don’t think it’s fair because she leaves the most people get off of work and have the free time to even go to the mall. The waxing lady ripped off half of my eyebrow and then asked me if my brows have always been this thin??? She acted like she didn't realize she had waxed off half my brow. Terrible. Don't go here if you like your eyebrows with hair.

I honestly do not recommend going here to do your eyebrows. The lady threaded them after I told her I do not like threaded eyebrows she proceeded to do so and fully butchered my eyebrows. Never again.
Highly recommend trades secret at upper Canada mall and ask for sherry . She has magic hands and does a beautiful job and listens to you. She even gives her input but listens and goes above and beyond.The staff are knowledgeable and very nice . Definitely will continue to go there
