Trade NYC Realty was one of the worst experiences of my life. They caused me so much stress, from the beginning to the end. Without even hiring them, they charged us $6000 in broker fees and didn’t even do the work. Once we found the apartment, we contacted the broker. Worked with Khassy to look for an apartment. One of the few brokers I've worked with to put in real effort to find an apartment that actually fit out specifications. Was a very reliable communicator and would recommend working with her to anyone.

an unfortunate incident brought me into Trade's office, and a 5 star review of their character is not something I thought even a possibility before meeting the broker and his instructor. they were gracious and empathetic, working through a convoluted and difficult situation. I've dealt with agents and brokers across this city, but Trade NYC set itself apart from the rest for sure. I'd recommend them, especially if you feel like you need someone with character that will have your back

I wish I can give them zero stars, they’re liars, unprofessional, bias and the owner/CEO Stuart is racist! They target foreign students to take advantage of them only showing listings that’s out of their price range. They don’t help minorities or POC with apartments. He will be sued! Saher is charismatic, scamming people!
