This driver in the 401 was plugging up the passing lane going 98 kmh and refused to get out of the lane . Actions like this create unsafe driving . Can lead to road rage and create bottle necks . I suggest he or she be reprimanded or sent to a defencive driving course . Not only is he she endangering others on the road but his actions don’t look good on a vehicle plasters with company name all over it
