Lack any kind of customer service skills. I've been to backwoods places and they have more class. Complete crooks. They have absolutely no intention of following any standard procedure. If they like you they may do things legally. If they don't you are over charged, sold a bunk part, or items mysteriously come up missing from your towed car that were there when its was towed. What a trash bucket establishment. Go ANYWHERE but here
