Tony Ward from Trade Assist is one of the best recruiters I've ever worked with. He's genuinely thoughtful, kind, and actually cares about the people he places. He doesn't just put you in a role and forget about you. He checks in regularly, brings coffees around on site, and makes sure you're doing alright. If you show up, work hard, and prove you're reliable, he will absolutely look after you. It's rare to find someone in recruitment who genuinely gives a damn. I can't recommend him highly enough.
