Never called back a out a heat pump
Hired this company and had a very bad experience. We asked them to return multiple times to repair the poor work. We first asked them to return in June 2021 to repair the ductless split system they intalled in April 2021. They did not ever return after multiple times they promised they would. We had to hire a different company. This is their response we received from them in November 2021. Trade Army came into my home to install and new Napoleon Furnace. The price was reasonable and the wait for an appointment wasn't long. Installers were respectful and courteous and helped me understand the process. It was installed in a timely manner. I will be sure to contact Trade Army for any of my future needs.
