Tradd managed our HOA until last year when they dropped our HOA. Pat Clark was our contact. While they did manage they our building the unit below us had a water leak. The next day we had a master plumber replace the seal in our master bath toilet. Later on, Tradd sent James plumbing to our unit. When my wife allowed them in she told them we had repaired the master bath and not to do anything but they were welcome to look. James Plumbing didn’t just look, they replaced the seal again. Tradd Management has always been extremely responsive to any questions or concerns I have as a homeowner in a community that is managed by Tradd. Pam Warren has been especially helpful, professional, and prompt in handling any concerns I have presented to her. I would highly recommend Pam and Tradd to anyone.
we have reached out to Tradd numerous times to get our trash truck time moved from 3:30 am to a more reasonable considerate hour of the day. They responded that I was the only person who has complained insinuating to suck it up when I know other neighbors have said something too. You don’t want a company to represent you when they don’t have your community’s best interests in mind.
