I would give Tradd Management a 5-star review. They worked with us on all of our projects and were very helpful. Ben Fouse helped make sure everything with our pool project was to spec with the rules of the community. There was a leak in my ceiling from a source above my unit. Pam took all steps necessary from beginning to end to ensure a timely resolution of the issues. Pam's assistance was invaluable, and I am very pleased with both the end result and with Pam's attention to my situation.
Hands down the worst management company in Myrtle Beach, maybe even the US. I have over a decade of experience working side by side with property management companies. This company is awful. They ticketed and threatened to tow my rental after I was in a bad wreck, and couldn't get my pass. I would STONGLY recommend choosing another management company.
