Got my shellac nails removed and a guy at Tracys nail shaved down my nail so far that my fingers hurt now. Never experienced this before and my nails are so thin they started breaking down the middle of my nail. Asked Tracys today if they could just paint my nails to keep a safe barrier, since they messed up my beautiful long nails and just said my nail was too thin and that my nails will be fine in 2 weeks. If there was an option to give negative stars I would. Disappointed I've been coming here on and off for years. But no... read more
