Update: the pharmacist went above and beyond to help look into what happened on this order and I very much appreciate the extra care! Beyond irritated at this pharmacy. I filled a prescription for my child on Wednesday, was told it would arrive on Friday - now here we are on Friday, I call to make sure it went out and was told the medicine will not even ship out until today.

I filled a prescription for my child on Wednesday, was told it would arrive on Friday - now here we are on Friday, I call to make sure it went out and was told the medicine will not even ship out until today. So now I have to drive over 2 hours each way to pick up the medicine I was told would be delivered today. No apologies, no explanation…nothing. Beyond frustrating.
I was there before they opened. Once they open walked in gave info and walked out. Everyone was kind.
