Tracy the owner, quoted $2400 for evrything we discussed which was $800 higher than all of the other bids but because he was referred by CBG agent in my office & his wife is a CBG agent...we decided we can't go wrong! He showed the following Mon. w/his son and another guy, we went over everything again..twice, then he scribbled something on "a contract" and I signed. Tracy's Lawn and Landscaping LLC set an appointment for 9 am this morning to stop by and bid on my retaining wall. At 9:10 a.m., their truck slowed down in front of my house, and then drove off, as I came outside to meet them. I haven't heard from them since, despite calling 5 minutes after they left (I was assuming they were going to loop around the one way and return) and leaving a message. Should I take from this that they're not interested in the job? FYI for anyone thinking about using Tracy's.

I WOULD MOST DEFINATELY HIRE TRACY FOR ANY OF MY LANDSCAPING NEEDS , HIS WORK IS ACCEPTIONAL AND REASONABLE , TRACY DISCUSSES WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE AND GIVES YOU OTHER OPTIONS WHERE NEEDED. HE IS HONEST AND DOES EXCEPTIONAL WORK !!

I've hired Tracy for several landscaping projects over the years. Tracy's team does excellent work. They are professional, efficient and they clean up their mess! If you are looking for a landscaping company, I would definitely give Tracy a call.
