My husband and I were on a holland America Alaskan cruise for our honeymoon and stopped in Juneau during our trip. The crab "shack" is right on the dock. We got a special that was advertised as we were waiting on line which included two giant legs and two nice size claws. Plus we added the bisque and the crab cakes. Amazing! Love the casual counter order style and your food is delivered by calling your name and home state/country. It's is neat to hear where all the various guests are from. There was just a 5 min wait to order which was nice since the time off the cruise boat is limited. We ordered the king crab legs, soup, roll, and crab cake option! A+ on ALL four (4). We got the big bucket and some bisque. Both were amazing. The king crab is excellent. It may be a tourist trap but if you want excellent king crab in Juneau this place will not disappoint. The restroom is filthy, so I would be certain your shoelaces are tied well and pants pulled high before entering the bathroom. Or maybe just avoid it altogether.
