I LOVE SAM!! He has given me the best deals every time I've taken my 97 5 series BMW to him. I recently called him for advice when my car had to have emergency service at a dealership in murfreesboro tn (James Watson Foreign Car Service) who totally tried to rip me off. Sam offered to call the guy and everything to get the situation taken care of. He has provided me with parts at cost several times. BEST BMW SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN SINCE I'VE HAD MY CAR FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS.
THE BEST! – The guys at Tracy's are outstanding and honest. I got taken advantage of twice before getting a recommendation from friends to go there. Wish I had gone there first!!! They not only explained things to me, they gave me options for my budget AND they had me up and running IN ONE DAY! I am so impressed with them I will never take my car anywhere else.
Excellent Service! Honest! – I am 52 years old. I have been taking my cars to Tracys since I got my first car in my early 29s. Tracys has always taken care of all my cars, and I have only had 3 cars for the last 25 years! They will keep you car running well for a long time. Also, they won't rip you off, in fact, if something doesn't need fixing, Sam will tell you, "you're good for another 5,000 miles".
