Chad walked me through everything, answered all the questions I had, and stayed in touch throughout the repair process. And everything was done in half the time that was projected. It was a top-notch experience from beginning to end!
I am always greeted from everyone. My truck was fixed to specks. Tracies Collision Center has always done great work on all my vehicles. I trust them with everything.
My experience from the first phone call to set an appointment to picking up my completed car was professional and friendly. Each step of the way was explained so there were no surprises. The completed repair was excellent. I was very pleased with the repair. I cannot imagine that it was crumpled and torn looking at it today. No defects or missed places. I always receive a friendly greeting at Tracey’s. I don’t have to wait long to speak to Bob, who I have always dealt with. He describes what parts will be needed in an understandable manner. Bob calls with updates and keeps me informed. I really appreciate him and his kindness. When picking up my vehicle, Bob shows me what has been done and explains what not to do if any painting was done. I will definitely go back to Tracey’s if needed in the future.
