We have a fleet of vehicle that we have used Tracy's in the past to have them worked on through insurance, and although the work is good, the lady you speak to on the front desk is sometimes rude and when you call it seems like your being a bother for calling and asking questions. A little customer service goes a long way. Makes me not want to take our vehicles there anymore even though their work is good.
Repairs were very nicely done. Staff was very friendly.
Autobody very professional as far as I can see everything was done in a timely manner CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT! THANK YOU
