Maybe Lee Georgeson was having a bad day?We have had other work done here and they did great. We got an estimate on hail damage and I met with him about my truck for other repairs I wanted done on scratches and asked how they took dents out. We also had a new scratch on our truck since getting the estimate. Where the new scratch is it's the only place there was no picture. He said the dents were not from hail when we know they are. I've worked with Tracy's once in 2013 and again this year, as someone whose vehicle was hit and needed major repairs. The first time was pretty good, this time was great!
