I've worked with Tracy's once in 2013 and again this year, as someone whose vehicle was hit and needed major repairs. The first time was pretty good, this time was great! I was fortunate enough to work with Tony, who walked me through the process every step of the way. They are very communicative, timely, kind, thorough, and helpful. We have a fleet of vehicle that we have used Tracy's in the past to have them worked on through insurance, and although the work is good, the lady you speak to on the front desk is sometimes rude and when you call it seems like your being a bother for calling and asking questions. A little customer service goes a long way. Makes me not want to take our vehicles there anymore even though their work is good.
Repairs were very nicely done. Staff was very friendly.
