It not only looked adorable on the outside but the strawberry creme cheese on the inside was to die for! I hesitated between 2 and 3 stars. Called from out of town to order our 4 year old grandson a Valentine treat. After being told their delivery charge is $35 (really?!), decided to order a few things and have grandson pick them up. Told them his name to put on a cookie and ordered $21 worth of sweets. Daughter and grandson went to pick it up. Owner waited on them, name was wrong and she was rude. Won't be troubling them with my business again.

I apologize for the problems. I was unaware that the name was wrong and would have been glad to correct it had we been informed. I had checked the order and the name was correct according to our order form. We were completely swamped the 2 days before Valentines and our rushing and keeping everything going out could have been misconstrued as rudesness although that was not our intent. Super friendly staff, awesome cup cakes and cakes! I had them do my daughters cake for her 3rd birthday and everyone complimented on how good and pretty it was. I always recommend them!

Our office uses Tracy Cakes every week. We were previously using Community Bakery, but I was not pleased with the quality. Tracy Cakes go out of their way to ensure freshness and it makes my life easy with a weekly Standing order! I have received multiple compliments from our clients AND their customers. I have ordered several cakes from here and I have yet to be disappointed. The owner and her husband are very friendly and the customer service cannot be matched. Pricing is well worth the cake you will get. Also, they not only look nice but they taste just as great as they look. 5 stars easily, would give more stars if they were offered. Go by and check them out.
