She was very rude and kicked me and my father out of an open house for asking where the cable boxes were (my fiance and I work from home and need a direct connection to our computers so I was trying to see how we would arrange our offices if we were to move in). We couldn't even figure out what went wrong until my agent called after we got home, she was hoping to meet us there but we had to leave early, she told us that Tracy profiled us for asking too many questions so that's why we weren't welcome there. Tracy helped me sell my house in record time. I had to relocate for a new job and needed to sell my house as quickly as possible. She is diligent and has great attention to detail and gave me really good recommendations for landscapers and handymen to make minor repairs. She made it easy!
