Very disappointed in our service at Tracy Ford. We take a 2021 Bronco that I purchased from Tracy Ford and also purchased the extended warranty at the time I bought the vehicle with the salesman stating it's the same warranty as the factory warranty and just has a $100 deductible. No problem I'm good with that. The issue is that the first time we take the vehicle to them for a warranty issue that we provided a picture of the error, they said they can't find the code in the computer and now there's a $400 diagnose fee. Recently purchased a car here and the whole team was super accommodating. Brandon helped make a deal happen and really went out of his way to make a couple of requests I had come through. Also worked with Crystal on the finance and admin side of the house and she too helped get every benefit Ford and the DMV offered specifically to disabled veterans.
