You got my car in and out in record time. I was treated like family. My vehicle was vacuumed. Everything was explained to me that needed to be done. Christian, Robert and I think Anthony (Tony) all deserve the highest ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ . I'd give them 50 if I could.
We purchased used 2023 F150 from Tracy Ford on Sunday April 6th. On the whole it was a smooth transaction. I give the sales and finance side 5 stars. My issue is the lack of transparancy in their marketing and sales. I've owned and operated businesses for 40 years. For me transparancy in pricing equates to honesty. Therefore if the advertised price has addtional required fees that are not deciminated upfront, I find that to be deceptive and a form of dishonesty.
