Staff was very friendly and welcoming and it only took a day to get my results back very fast and efficient. No complaints
Dr Grewal has been my physician for over 11 years! Sure it’s an urgent care facility, but I can testify that I have always gotten great treatment here. Dr Grewal keeps me up to date on all my needs. Mammogram, colonoscopy, vaccinations, etc
As a parent, urgent care visits can be stressful, but Tracy Urgent Care made the experience so much easier. My child wasn’t feeling well, and the staff was incredibly patient and kind from the moment we walked in. Dr. Grewal explained the diagnosis in a way I could understand and answered all my questions thoroughly. It’s comforting to know there’s a reliable urgent care option in town that truly cares about patients.
I had a really positive experience at Tracy Urgent Care. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Grewal took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and didn’t make me feel rushed. The clinic was clean and well-organized, which made the whole visit more comfortable. I'm always nervous going to see a doctor but Dr. Grewal and his staff were so great I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Went in there for Blepharitis/stye. Dr saw me for less than one second and said I need antibiotic gel. I also vouched for doxycycline bc I knew that there was gonna be a mess up. I get to the pharmacy and He gave me oflaxacin eye drops! I’m a med student and I know when you’re suppose to prescribe oflaxacin opthalmic suspension, only for conjunctivitis or infections within the eye itself. I needed an antibiotic GEL or Ointment for my EYELID NOT EYEBALL. What is a DROP gonna do? So ridiculous, waste of money and waste of time... read more
