WARNING... DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION... My wife went here for a 150k service. She told them to exclude the oil change for i do it myself. She haven't been here doing oil change for maybe a year now and probably why they keep texting my wife for service. In some reason when I did the oil change the oil filter was over tighten and disform the filter so it won't grab the adapter well. APPOINTMENTS MAKE NO DIFFERENCE HERE. I had an appointment at 1:30 for an oil change. After 10 minutes of hearing the spiel on package pricing, I asked for just the oil change. I walk to the wait room and after about an hour, I asked my rep how much longer. She proceeds to tell me that it was about a 2 to 2-1/2 hour wait when I got there and that it will probably be another hour. For an oil change???
