I don't have all the words, nor the space available, to tell you what a GREAT! realtor Tracy is. We have bought and sold 7 houses in the past 20 years. We have never had a realtor step up and provide the terrific and comprehensive service that Tracy did. And did I mention how patient she was with us, two old people who spent weeks touring property after property and trying to agree on a house? Don't shop around for a realtor, just hire Tracy.

Tracy is one of the best Realtors I've ever worked with. She is very professional and patient. Her knowledge and experience about Gainesville and the housing market was extremely helpful in purchasing my new home. I never felt pressured or rushed with my decision making. Tracy really made it a great experience. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home and I will definitely use her next time.

When I started looking for a house, Tracy was very helpful and she showed me a lots of houses, until I found the right one, adjusted to the credit I had approved from the bank. Trust her and she will find you the right house, for the right budget, according to everybody's needs.
