My wife and I love seeing Tracy! We even take our baby to see her. After a long week, doing a session with Tracy completely changes our energy and reduces our stress. It feels like taking an energy bath and it is a total system reset. She is highly skilled in many healing modalities and always intuitively knows exactly what we need. I can't recommend her enough!

My boys have taken several different classes at The Rhythm Studio and have loved all of them! They started with Zumbini which we all really enjoyed and they still listen to the fun music in the car. Now that they are 5 and 3 they attend RhythmGym Kids, a creative movement program, which they look forward to every week. Tracy is an awesome instructor who really engages the children and makes class fun!
The Rhythm Studio provides fun and creative movement experiences for children, adults, and families. The studio is absolutely beautiful and it is a beautiful little retreat in North Austin, where you or your loved ones can explore creatively and have fun! I highly recommend trying out a class or signing up for a series.
