We were looking for a home in the Melbourne Beach area but were not in the area. Tracy guided us through the process incredibly well. When we arrived at the house after purchasing there were no surprises. She'd captured every detail of the house in her conversations with us and through pictures and videos. Tracy has been a lifesaver in helping my daughter find a place to rent.
