I do love Tracy. She is very competent. I do feel the front desk needs to smile. I feel like the practice has so many patients that I feel like I am part of a machine. I need sensitive care and they are very big. I never saw Dr Hayden wich perplexed me but our healthcare system is just a mess and needs to be fixed! I had to make a lot of decisions on my own and I felt like I did it alone. I would never dis credit Tracy but I need more than they can give me!
