Excellent service, beautiful place but a little pricey
Super professional and skilled. Highly recommend if you want a cool or exciting hairstyle. Absolutely loved what I had done both times I've been! Very friendly and welcoming. I went with someone once and she stayed way past opening to make sure the haircut was perfect, and even gave us a bunch of vegen beef jerky lol. Also, alli, you da goat!
Scheduled appointment over the phone. Took of work to bring my son for his hair appointment. Called the morning of and was told the girl put me for the wrong date and they couldn't get me in. I dont know why I expected any different this is the third time. I good business would take responsibility for their mistake and try to fix it. I guess business is so good you don't have to treat customers right.
It's incredibly frustrating when you call ahead, get a price estimate, and then face a completely different charge upon arrival. I specifically asked for a simple money piece, showing a reference picture to ensure clarity. Instead, I received a full head of highlights. To add insult to injury, the final bill was $300. I've had the same service done elsewhere for $150, and even if the highlights had been what I wanted, the price was excessive. I came in with high hopes and showed them a clear reference photo of the look I wanted: gray highlights with a touch of white. I specifically asked for my hair to be done just like the picture. However, the final result was nothing like what I requested. My hair ended up with a burnt-looking color, dull and far from what I expected.
