Rating: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Unfortunately, my experience at Tracy Perry Salon was extremely disappointing. I came in with high hopes and showed them a clear reference photo of the look I wanted: gray highlights with a touch of white. I specifically asked for my hair to be done just like the picture. I went there on Wednesday April 2, 2025. I requested that my level 4 brown hair get colored to a sandy blonde with long layers that framed my face. My hair was just touching the top of my bra strap. I ended up with red hair that did not frame my face and was blunt cut to my shoulders. I cried on my way home. I also had to pay full price for the service. My husband called to talk to the manager the next day and he was told that I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks before I can go back and get it fixed. They also did not offer to fix it... read more

I paid 165 $ for my hair, and it wasn't what I wanted. Emily does not know anything about color even after you talk to her about it. She may get more experience one day, but she doesn't know how to mix color at all. I believe that I should've gotten reimbursed for that job emily done to my hair. I had to go get it redone, with other hairdresser, who did an amazing job for how he fixed her mess up.
