I contacted from the UK and was assured by Tracy of quality service as we were in desperate need of a part urgently. Tracy initially overcharged our debit card and sent an email with wrong parts showing ready to dispatch. After a phone call, he said he would ship the correct parts. Despite me calling daily to explain the urgency, it took a week before he emailed me to say he didn't have the part after all and leaving us with a major problem. Unbelievably poor service and a real let down.
Do not do business with these people I ordered over $500 worth of parts from Dennis over two weeks ago and he never processed the order while my car still sits in the shop without parts these are not good people
